Professor Lee Smith

CEO

Lee holds a PhD from Cambridge and is Professor of Public Health at Anglia Ruskin University.
He has carried out multiple research studies on hormonal and reproductive health and the physical and mental health outcomes of these factors, and has vast experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Dr. Claire Gillvray

Chief Medical Officer

Claire is an Edinburgh trained doctor with over 20 years of experience. She is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Royal College of GPs.
Through her work as a female partner in a number of GP practices she has developed expertise in all areas of female intimate wellbeing throughout the lifecycle.

Dr. Julia Gawronska

Research & Data Lead

Dr. Gawronska holds a PhD on the effects of hormonal contraceptives on depression. She is an expert on hormonal and reproductive health, as well as data analyses and presentation.
